SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)

The book argues that by arranging things into SWATS can be too black and white, with many problems not being classifiable into just ‘strengths or weaknesses’ but rather a combination of the two. As such it utilizes a simple internal or external to the organisation classification.
